Is your sizing true to size?
Yes, our tees are pretty average sizing, but they are a slim fit and we usually recommend going up a size, especially if you like that oversized look. We also have a heap of info on our "Sizing Page".

 

Can we Pick Up?
You certainly can! We have a showroom on the Gold Coast. You can shop online & select 'Pick up' at the checkout. Alternatively, you can make an appointment to visit us at our showroom & shop in person.

 

Will you Restock sold out designs?
Yes we will! If an item is shown online as 'Sold out' you can be certain that we will re-stock it in the next 3-4 weeks. If an item is NOT going to be restocked, we will remove it from the website.

 

How are your T-Shirts printed?
All our tees are screen printed! Screen Printing is the highest quality option you can get for printed tees. Screen printing is long lasting & they won't peel or crack like some other methods.

 

How do your tees wash?
All our tees & tanks are 'Premium' grade tees, (just checkout all our Positive feedback) and guess what!? They only feel better & softer after being washed. No going out of shape or pilling!

 

Can you do custom designs?
Unfortunately, no. Because our tees are screen printed we can't do one off designs.

 

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do. If you cant find the shipping to your country, just email us & we will add the option.

 

What sizes do you go up to?
Currently we stock sizes 0-8. Not ALL items will come in sizes 6/7/8 at the moment.

 

If I Purchase the wrong size, can I return?
Yes certainly. If you want to return due to 'wrong size' or 'change of mind' that is totally fine! Just contact us first & we will go through the process with you (return shipping at customers expense.) Store credits will be issued for returns only. No Returns or exchanges on Clearance items.


I've changed my mind. Can i cancel my order.
We cannot cancel orders due to change of mind if your order has already been shipped. If you want to return the items we can provide store credit for the value of the items (at purchased price) once we receive them back & have checked they are in NEW condition. If you want to cancel due to change of mind before we have shipped your order, we can definitely do that & provide a store credit for the full order amount. We DO NOT refund due to change of mind.
