In the case of a defective or incorrect item, please get in touch with madebymasonryder@gmail.com within a reasonable amount of time after receiving your order. Please describe what is defective along with your order number. If the product is considered defective, Mason Ryder will gladly replace or refund it at no additional cost to the customer. The item must be unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition it was received. All measurements are provided in the measurement chart; no returns are based on incorrect sizing. Mason Ryder offers exchanges if the size you need to exchange for is available in stock; in that case, the customer must cover shipping.

Shipping:

The shipping charges for your order are provided at checkout. Shipping is calculated based on live rates; costs may vary slightly depending on the time of purchase. Please note that the shipping charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination, if outside the United States, the customer is liable for any import duties. Mason Ryder is not liable if the package is stolen or lost after delivery.
